For custom page sizes, add these to the system printer driver configuration (see How to add custom paper sizes to a system printer for AutoCAD products).

If comparing different computers, ensure the same printerВ driver version is installed on both systems.

Specifically for HP printers, try using the HP Universal Print Driver (see HP Universal Print Driver Series for Windows).

A complete clean uninstall and reinstall of the driver might be required (see How to manually uninstall a printer driver in Windows).

Sometimes a previous version of the driver might work if a more recent one is not available (even if meant for an older operating system).

Use the PLOTTERMANAGER command and the Add-A-Plotter Wizard to create a PC3 file for the affected system printer per:.

Re-add the custom files paths, secondary to the default AutoCAD files paths.

Type in theВ OPTIONSВ command to prompt the options dialog box and find the 'Printer Support File Path' under the Files tab.

Follow the steps below correct the file paths.

AutoCAD is looking in the wrong location for the PC3 file.
